Return & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products without issues. If the product is defective, please contact us within 3 days, and we will assist with after-sales service.

Warranty:

LED bulbs and power cord accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Replacement accessories are shipped free of charge.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@resinartypc.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Shipping Cost for Return:

If the return is due to product defects, Resinartypc will cover the shipping cost.

Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or sale items.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account by your bank or credit card company.
