We offer standard and premium shipping options to all the countries, excluding remote islands such as Hawaii and Guam.

The shipping fee above applies to a single item. If you order multiple items, additional shipping charges may apply.

Process time plus shipping time:

Packaging

Products are securely packaged with multiple layers to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure the accuracy of your address before placing an order. You can contact us at support@resinartypc.com to modify the address before shipment.

Once shipped, address changes are not possible. Customers are responsible for any delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

Lost in Shipping

If a product is lost during shipping, please contact us promptly at support@resinartypc.com. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Destination Countries

Yes, we can ship to most countries worldwide. However, some areas may be inaccessible or require additional documentation for customs clearance (e.g., South Korea, Chile may require a personal tax number, and Taiwan may require the recipient’s ID card). Please do not provide PO boxes, military and restricted areas, or all military ports as shipping addresses. All carriers refuse to deliver to these areas.

Customs and Import Taxes

Most shipments to Australia, the United States, and European countries are delivered with all applicable taxes and duties included, so customers generally do not need to pay any additional customs fees. However, in rare cases, local customs may still charge import duties or taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We commit to dispatching your orders in a reliable manner. However, once the goods leave our warehouse, we cannot cancel orders, nor can we control any delays caused by customs. We are not responsible for items marked as “delivered” but are actually stolen. If items are lost in transit and not marked as “delivered,” we will offer compensation or replacements after an investigation with the shipping company. For packages marked as “delivered,” customers must negotiate with the local courier and obtain a proof of loss before a claim can be processed. We are dedicated to fairly resolving all shipping issues.
